We NAVA Design and Innovation Pvt Ltd are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a strong passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Meet potential customers to present and promote company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
