Job Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid ads and a strong understanding of campaign performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, CTR, CPC, and ROI
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and A/B testing for ad creatives and copy
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend effectively across platforms
- Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards
- Improve lead generation, conversions, and overall campaign efficiency
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Stay updated with platform updates, new features, and digital advertising trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking setup
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
