Job Summary
The HR Assistant Manager supports the HR leadership team in executing core human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, leadership capability, and the ability to handle mid-level strategic responsibilities while managing day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth employee integration
2. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
- Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
3. Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems
- Track employee performance metrics and provide insights
- Guide managers on performance improvement plans
4. HR Operations
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes such as payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Improve HR policies and procedures for operational efficiency
5. Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Assist in audits and compliance reporting
- Keep updated with changes in employment regulations
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
- Support leadership development initiatives
- Evaluate training effectiveness
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards (attrition, hiring metrics, etc.)
- Use data to support decision-making and strategy
8. Team Leadership
- Supervise junior HR staff and delegate tasks
- Support HR Manager in strategic initiatives
- Drive HR projects and process improvements

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
Pay: ₹15,489.31 - ₹54,367.07 per month
