Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Account Executive to manage and grow our Dubai (UAE) branch's online marketplace accounts. The role involves managing product listings, driving online sales, optimizing account performance, and achieving sales targets while coordinating with the UAE team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon, Noon, and other marketplace accounts.
- Create and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor orders, inventory, and account health.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and post-sales support.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with the Dubai sales and operations team.
- Stay updated with UAE marketplace trends and policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of e-commerce marketplace experience (Amazon, Noon, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of product listings, order management, and account health.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willing to work UAE-aligned hours.
Preferred
- Experience with IT products or technology accessories.
- Exposure to UAE/GCC marketplaces.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotions.
