- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to travel packages, flight bookings, and holiday deals.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel solutions.
- Maintain client records and follow up for inquiries and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for booking confirmations and customer support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through quality client interactions.
Requirements
- Male or Female candidates may apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer Service (Travel industry preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM usage preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
- Location: Ahmedabad (Office-based).

· Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience).
