We are a seasoned call center and BPO company with 18 years of global experience, primarily serving clients in the USA and Australia. We’re now transitioning into AI and are looking for a proactive Growth Manager to build and manage the Sales and Marketing function.
Role Overview:
The Growth Manager will own all sales and marketing execution. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing our sales process, coordinating freelancers and marketing campaigns, driving inhouse team and ensuring warm leads consistently enter our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations

Manage outbound lead generation (SDRs, cold email, LinkedIn outreach).

Oversee CRM management, pipeline updates, and lead follow-ups.

Coordinate with the sales closer to ensure seamless lead handoff and proposal follow-through.
Marketing Execution

Develop and execute a weekly content and email calendar.

Work with freelancers to create case studies, SEO blogs, and website updates.

Manage ad budgets (LinkedIn, Google Ads), monitor campaign performance, and optimize.
Reporting

Track and report on lead gen metrics (e.g., response rates, MQLs, SQLs, CAC).

Present a monthly performance dashboard and quarterly strategy reviews.

Lead weekly meetings, share KPIs with CEO, and recommend campaign improvements.
Requirements

Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in B2B lead generation, digital marketing, or growth roles.

Experience with outbound sales tools (Apollo, Mailshake, LinkedIn Sales Nav).

Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and basic content marketing.

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.

Bonus: Experience in BPO, outsourcing, or service-based industries.
