Sales Head – Real Estate
Location: Bhubaneswar , Phulnakhara , Near sum hospital campus- II, Near Big cup cafe market complex , Hdfc Bank 2nd floor .
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month + Attractive Incentives
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Drive sales through direct, channel, and corporate partnerships.
- Monitor team performance, lead conversion, and revenue growth.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales with team handling.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and target-driven approach.
