Senior Executive – Production

Job Purpose
As Senior Executive Production, individual will establish and nurture strong connections with internal and external stakeholders so that goods and services are produced efficiently, quality as per CUP&A standards with quick turnaround time.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional in Printing Technology to manage print production, vendor coordination, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in estimation, quality control, and stakeholder management within a publishing or print supply environment.
Principal Accountabilities
- Maintain strong working relationships with printer suppliers. Follow up on job status, dispatch schedules, and issue resolution.
- Prepare accurate costing and estimation for print projects (internal purpose only)
- Would be able to check e-ferros received from printers and maintain the approval trackers.
- To check the advance copies as per specifications mentioned in each PO and provide approvals to printers. Proper tracker to be maintained.
- After advance copy approval, ensure stock would reach to warehouse in timely manner and delivered as per our requirements.
- Follow up with warehouse team to ensure goods inward will be done as per agreed TAT.
- Conduct random quality checks at printers' facilities and warehouses. Ensure printing, binding, paper, and finishing meet defined quality standards. This will involve frequent visits to Printer and Warehouse.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports like E-ferro approval tracker, Printer's TAT, Advance copy approval tracker and Random QC tracker etc.
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Printing Technology or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in a publishing company or with a reputed print supplier.
- Strong hands-on experience in costing, estimation, and preparation of weekly MIS reports.
- Knowledge of all technical aspects related to Paper.
- Familiarity with SAP is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and quality control processes.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written), including reporting and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and shared success.
- Good Listener – will challenge constructively and respond well to feedback
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professional maturity.
