- Prepare robot components and assemblies for painting through cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and surface treatment.
- Perform putty application on metal, fiberglass, plastic, and fabricated surfaces to remove imperfections and achieve smooth finishes.
- Sand and level putty surfaces to ensure dimensional accuracy and premium surface quality before painting.
- Apply primers, base coats, and finishing paints using spray guns and other painting equipment.
- Ensure uniform paint coverage, color consistency, and surface quality as per production standards.
- Perform touch-ups, polishing, buffing, and finishing work on painted parts.
- Inspect painted surfaces for defects such as scratches, dents, pinholes, bubbles, uneven coating, or contamination and rectify them as required.
- Follow paint mixing ratios, putty preparation guidelines, curing processes, and coating specifications.
- Maintain painting tools, spray booths, sanding equipment, and related tools in good working condition.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in industrial, automotive, robotics, fabrication, or manufacturing painting.
- Hands-on experience in putty work, surface preparation, sanding, and spray painting.
- Knowledge of primer application, putty finishing, paint mixing, and coating systems.
- Ability to identify and rectify surface defects before and after painting.
- Familiarity with automotive-grade or industrial finishing standards is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
