Responsible for testing complex web/mobile-based applications, covering both front and back-end parts of the systems.

Continuously strive to improve our testing processes by the use of creative thinking to find edge case issues.

Detect usability and performance issues by writing and executing test plans.

Report bugs and errors to developers and coordinate with them for fixing.

To ensure cross-platform and cross-device functionality of our products.

Development and execution of test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.

Provide a time frame for testing on projects for both existing and new applications.

Work closely with the client service team for enhancement requests, emphasize new bugs, ticket management including screening.

Should possess a clear understanding and experience of testing APIs using tools such as Postman.

Software development lifecycles clear understanding, a basic understanding of Git, and version control.

Should be able to introduce new testing processes, technologies, update systems for bugs, and involve in defining new processes.

Offer feedback, support, and guidance, to other QA team members and the wider technical service team.

Report daily activities to the QA lead.
