Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per company policies
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs
- Achieve sales targets and improve profitability
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient operations
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards
- Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or relevant field (preferred)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
