We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales operations for our high-rise residential apartment projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate sector, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales activities for high-rise residential projects
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and project sales
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, investors, brokers, and channel partners
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets
- Guide and mentor the sales team to improve productivity and conversion rates
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- 8–10 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in residential high-rise apartment sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong network within the real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience managing sales teams and channel partner networks
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
