Why We're Hiring
We've launched new AI-based visual products for our 2,500+ existing clients, rolled out by our 12-person Relationship Manager team. We need someone to track how this rollout is going — what's working, what clients are asking, and what's not — and turn that into a clear growth plan for scaling up. This is a field, learning, and strategy role — not social media, SEO, or content writing.
What You'll Do
- Track RM outreach and client responses (demo, interested, rejected, follow-up)
- Collect and organize client feedback and common questions
- Spot which product features clients like or find confusing
- Build pitch decks, WhatsApp/email templates, and FAQs for the sales team
- After 60-90 days, deliver a report and build a repeatable growth playbook
Who We're Looking For
- 3–5 years' experience (2 years okay if you're sharp and a strong presenter)
- Background in B2B SaaS, tech tools, AI products, or agency/client servicing
- Someone who turns messy feedback into clear, simple ideas
- Strong written English and presentation skills
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools like ChatGPT
- Good follow-up discipline
Growth Path
Product Growth & GTM Executive → Senior GTM/Product Growth Manager → GTM/Product Marketing Lead
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
