We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Field Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for generating new business leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, outside-office environment and excels at consultative, face-to-face selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Growth: Identify, prospect, and qualify potential new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Client Relationships: Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, tailoring the pitch to their specific pain points.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation to closing the deal, ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upsell new solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth areas.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
