Job Summary:
The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the procurement of materials and equipment required for power backup systems. The role involves sourcing vendors, negotiating prices, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining optimal inventory levels while adhering to quality and cost standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors. Maintain strong relationships and ensure consistent supply.
Source power backup equipment and materials such as UPS systems, batteries, and related components.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement and avoid shortages or overstocking.
Track procurement budgets and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
Prepare and process purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of materials.
Ensure purchased materials meet required quality standards and comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze vendor performance, pricing trends, and procurement data to support decision-making.
Maintain accurate records in ERP/procurement software including purchase orders, vendor details, and inventory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
