Job description:
HR Recruiter Responsibilities
- Understand the manpower requirements from department heads.
- Prepare and post job advertisements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview feedback and candidate communication.
- Verify educational and employment documents.
- Negotiate salary within the approved budget.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain the recruitment tracker and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Submit weekly and monthly recruitment reports to management.
- Monitor recruiter KPIs such as:
- Time to Hire
- Cost per Hire
- Offer Acceptance Rate
- Joining Ratio
- Recruitment Target Achievement
