Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Admin Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our Degree College. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with prior experience in managing educational institution administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall administrative functions of the college.
- Supervise administrative, housekeeping, security, and support staff.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day campus operations and facility management.
- Coordinate with various departments for administrative support.
- Handle vendor management, procurement, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records, documentation, and administrative reports.
- Monitor budgets related to administration and optimize operational costs.
- Support management in implementing administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinate logistics for college events, inspections, and meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in administration, preferably in a Degree College or educational institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative documentation.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
