Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive (2–4 Years Experience)

Job Overview: As part of the Pre-Sales team, you will work closely with the sales and management teams to support the entire sales cycle—from identifying leads to closing deals. This role offers hands-on experience in understanding client requirements, preparing compelling proposals, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned accounts, including lead qualification, client meetings, proposal development, and deal closure.
- Conduct market research and client analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and value-based proposals to decision makers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM software.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with a results-driven approach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ed-tech, technology, or software industries.
- Experience working with schools, colleges, or education institutions is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and client relationship management.
- Ability to create persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
