- Perform First Piece Inspection (FPIR) For Parts In Production
- Verify All Critical Dimensions, Tolerances, And Visual Requirements.
- Conduct In-Process Inspection For NPD product Being Manufactured
- Conduct RIR(Receiving Inspection Report) For All NPD product.
- Record Inspection Report For All All NPD product.
- Communicate Quality Issues To Concerned Department.
- Ensure No Defective Parts Proceed To The Next Stage.
- Conduct PDIR(Pre Dispatch Inspection Report) For All NPD Finished Goods.
- Maintain Proper Record Keeping For All PDIR Inspection Reports And Also Reports/Records Required By Customer With Samples.
- Conduct Cross Production Team Communication.
- Maintain Record Of Samples Being Dispatrched To customer With Required Document,And Update The Status Of The Part From The Customer.
- Update Purchase About The Status Of The Part To Purchase And Concerned Department
- Perform Feasibility Of The Part When We get Order In The NPD Department.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
