Job Description:
✅ Preparation and verification of Client & Subcontractor RA Bills.
✅ Quantity take-off from drawings and BOQ verification.
✅ Preparation of BOQ, rate analysis, variation/excess quantity statements, and cost estimates.
✅ Reconciliation of material consumption and executed quantities.
✅ Coordination with the site execution team, consultants, and clients for billing approvals.
✅ Monitoring project costs, budget control, and payment follow-up.
✅ Preparation of MIS reports, billing progress reports, and documentation.
✅ Sound knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing/quantity surveying practices.
✅ Experience in high-rise residential/commercial building projects is mandatory.
