Job Description :
Candidate should be L.L.B having Experience of 5-10 years in Litigation/ Non-Litigation matters in Real Estate Company or with the legal firm dealing in Property matters. He/ She will be responsible for drafting legal documents such as sales agreements, MOU”s conveyance of properties, etc.
- Drafting Conveyance Documents
- Attending police stations for Legal proceedings
- Advising company regarding project queries
- Drafting Business Documents
- Drafting Complaints, Written Statements, Replies, etc
- Co-ordinating with lawyer on record
