- Plan and manage daily production operations.
- Monitor production schedules and meet output targets.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
- Supervise production staff and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain workplace safety and housekeeping.
- Minimize downtime, waste, and production costs.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience in factory/production management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and safety regulations.
