Job Requirements About the RoleWe are looking for a Brand Management executive for communications via various digital channels, such as social, website, e-comm, etc.As a Brand Management Executive, you will be supporting brand strategy execution to improve brand awareness and drive consideration and measurable business results for Titan Fragrances.Key Responsibilities1. Brand Communication & Content GovernanceExecute brand strategies & content initiatives to improve brand awareness and drive consideration for SKINN.Drive creation and distribution of impactful content initiatives across social media, new launches, and brand campaigns, including coordination with internal teams and external partners· Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materialsConduct market research to support campaign planning & identify emerging trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, sales, product) to support marketing campaigns and promotionsMonitor and manage the brand's online presence, including social media platforms and websiteSupport planning and on-ground execution of brand events and activationsExplore and pilot new digital tools and AI-led platforms to improve brand visibility and engagementKeep a track of the brand performance & ROI across different projects. Work Experience Skills and Experience Required: 2–3 years of experience in content, digital marketing, or brand operations.Experience working with premium or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.Creative thinker with a passion for branding and storytellingComfortable working with data (Google Analytics, Shopify backend, Meta insights).Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense.Strong copywriting skills short-form and long-form.Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
