Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution for high-rise residential construction.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and MEP teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within scheduled timelines.
- Inspect reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Verify quantities executed and certify contractor bills in coordination with the QS/Billing team.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage at the site.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, work logs, and inspection reports.
- Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolution to avoid project delays.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates to management.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment and optimum utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of construction materials.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure defects are rectified before handover.
- Support project handover activities and snag rectification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in high-rise residential construction projects.
- Experience with reputed real estate developers will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
- Understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and construction standards.
- Familiarity with IS Codes and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and team management abilities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
