Education Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Nursing, General Healthcare, or related field
- Certification in GDA/Healthcare sector courses preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for General Duty Assistant (GDA) courses.
- Use innovative teaching methods to engage learners effectively.
- Adhere to the curriculum guidelines set by NSDC/Sector Skill Councils.
- Content Development:
- Develop and customize training materials and lesson plans.
- Ensure alignment with updated industry practices and standards.
Learner Assessment:Industry Standards:Compliance and Reporting:Health and Safety Awareness:
- Conduct periodic assessments, tests, and evaluations to monitor learner progress.
- Provide feedback and coaching to help learners improve their skills.
- Keep up-to-date with healthcare practices and trends.
- Impart training that meets the standards of the healthcare industry and GDA job roles.
- Maintain accurate training records and attendance logs.
- Submit reports on training outcomes and learner progress to management.
- Educate learners about health and safety protocols.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards in training environments.Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
- Ability to use e-learning tools and platforms for blended learning.
- Hands-on knowledge of hospital/clinical operations and equipment usage.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in healthcare services, nursing, or a similar role.
- Certification from relevant Sector Skill Councils (SSC) or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Experience in skill development training is preferred.
