Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients in the US market through outbound calls.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable website and digital solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Comfortable working in a night shift (US Process).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
