We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning content, managing social media accounts, executing campaigns, increasing audience engagement, and generating quality leads through strategic social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage daily activities across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with the creative team for posters, reels, videos, and campaign creatives.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Schedule and publish content on time.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team for Meta Ads campaigns and lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with video editors, graphic designers, and content creators to deliver high-quality content.
- Suggest innovative ideas to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and content scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
