Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, electrical components, consumables, and finished goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of materials for production.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and cycle counts.
- Minimize inventory discrepancies and investigate stock variances.
Material Receipt & Inspection
- Receive incoming materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Verify quantity, quality, and specifications of received materials.
- Coordinate with the Quality department for material inspection and approval.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
Material Issue & Dispatch
- Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain proper documentation for material movement.
- Coordinate dispatch of finished panels and spare parts.
- Ensure proper packing and labeling of dispatch materials.
Store Operations
- Organize storage locations for easy identification and retrieval.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of electrical items such as MCCBs, ACBs, VFDs, PLCs, relays, cables, busbars, and hardware.
- Implement FIFO (First In First Out) and inventory control practices.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store area.
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain stock registers, inward/outward records, and inventory reports.
- Update ERP/SAP/Tally inventory transactions.
- Track non-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Planning, and Accounts departments.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding pending deliveries when required.
- Support audits and stock reconciliations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in stores and inventory management, preferably in electrical panel manufacturing.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of electrical panel components and materials.
- Inventory control and stock management.
- ERP/SAP/Tally proficiency.
- MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Material handling and warehouse management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
