WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
KW Group is at an inflection point. Our flagship commercial projects — KW Delhi 6 and KW Blue Pearl — are live, visible, and generating serious market interest. What we need now is one person who owns the entire media and marketing engine behind them: the person who decides where every marketing rupee goes, which campaigns run, and whether that spend actually turns into qualified investor leads and real footfall at the mall.
Today, pieces of this work sit across agencies, vendors, and internal teams. This role brings it under one owner. You’ll lead the in-house marketing team and the agency ecosystem, working directly with leadership and the sales organization — with the mandate, the team, and the budget to build KW’s marketing into a measurable revenue engine, not a cost center.
This is a builder’s role. You inherit real projects, real budgets, and a real mandate — and you’ll be judged on leads generated and footfall delivered, not on decks presented.
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Own paid campaigns end-to-end across Meta, Google, and property portals for KW Delhi 6, KW Blue Pearl, and upcoming launches — strategy, budgets, creatives, and optimization.
- Drive cost per lead and cost per site visit down every quarter — build landing pages, test creatives weekly, and kill what doesn’t convert.
- Close the loop with the sales team: track which campaigns produce leads that actually visit and book, and feed that back into targeting.
- Build, lead, and review the marketing team — set individual targets, run weekly performance reviews, and manage agencies and media vendors on clear deliverables.
2. Social Media & Brand Presence
- Run KW Group’s presence across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn — content calendar, reels, project walkthroughs, and launch announcements.
- Build content that makes NCR investors and homebuyers stop scrolling — project progress, market insight, and brand storytelling in the right mix.
- Grow and engage the community that matters to our business: investors, channel partners, and brokers who move NCR real estate.
- Keep brand voice and visual identity consistent across every touchpoint — hoardings to stories.
3. Mall Footfall & On-Ground Activation
- Own the footfall number for KW Blue Pearl — build the monthly calendar of events, promotions, and activations that bring people in.
- Partner with retailers, brands, and local communities for co-marketing — weekend events, festival campaigns, school and RWA tie-ups.
- Connect digital to physical: geo-targeted campaigns, influencer walk-throughs, and offers that convert online reach into mall visits.
- Measure everything — footfall by day and event, campaign attribution, and cost per visitor — and report it straight to leadership.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We care about how you think. Titles and brand names on your resume matter less than whether you’ve actually moved numbers. Here’s what we’re screening for:
- ROI obsession: You treat ad spend like it’s your own money. You talk in cost per lead, cost per site visit, and cost per footfall — not impressions and reach.
- Full-funnel thinking: You can trace a Meta ad to a site visit to a booking, and you design campaigns backwards from the sale, not forwards from the creative.
- Team leadership: You’ve built and run marketing teams — set clear targets, run honest weekly reviews, coach people up, and make the hard calls when someone isn’t delivering. Your team always knows what they’re accountable for.
- On-ground energy: You’re as comfortable walking a mall on a Saturday evening counting footfall as you are inside an ads dashboard on Monday morning — and you take your team with you.
- Ownership without hand-holding: You build systems, delegate real responsibility, stay calm when launch weeks get chaotic, and bring leadership answers — not a list of things you’re waiting on.
Nice to Have:
- Real estate, mall, or retail marketing experience in NCR
- Hands-on experience with CRM-based lead management and marketing automation
- An existing network of media vendors, influencers, and event partners in Delhi-NCR
- Comfort creating content in both Hindi and English
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
✗ Not an agency-babysitting role
You won’t just forward briefs to an agency and collect reports. You own the numbers — agencies work for you, not instead of you.
✗ Not a brand-awards role
We’re not chasing creative trophies. If a campaign looks beautiful but doesn’t produce site visits or footfall, it failed.
✗ Not a desk-only strategist role
Mall footfall isn’t built from a dashboard. Expect to be on the ground at KW Blue Pearl on weekends when campaigns are live.
This is a leadership role with a revenue and mall footfall mandate — one head for the team, the media money, the brand, and what happens on the ground. If you’ve spent 6–10 years making marketing budgets produce measurable results — and building teams that deliver them — this is your canvas.
