Provide comprehensive HR support to line management, including organization structure management, training, grievance handling, performance appraisals, transfers, deputations, disciplinary actions, and statutory compliance
Work closely with project heads to manage employee relations and maintain a positive and productive work environment
Manage site HR teams and ensure smooth and consistent HR operations across all sites within the assigned business unit
Act as the single point of contact for Project Heads for all HR-related activities
Coordinate with site HR teams for new joiner induction and onboarding formalities
Drive manpower planning, maintain and update organization charts in line with business requirements
Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely deployment of manpower as per SLAs and PIPs
Ensure completion of KRAs and PMS cycles (Mid-Year and Annual)
Coordinate with Compensation & Benefits for leave management, attendance, payroll, and full & final settlements within the business unit
Promote and track training & development initiatives at sites and submit periodic reports
Manage contract labour HR activities, including agreements, PR/PO coordination, as required
Initiate and manage disciplinary actions as per policy
Submit HRMIS reports on a monthly basis
Ensure 100% digitization of attendance systems across sites
