Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales and Business Development Representative to drive new business growth, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate is adaptable, results-driven, and willing to travel as needed to meet clients and deliver in-person product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through cold calls, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
- Sales Strategy: Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships by offering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Product Demonstrations: Travel to client locations when requested to deliver impactful, on-site product presentations.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to position our offerings effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable deals aligned with company objectives.
- Post-Sale Support: Ensure seamless handover to implementation teams and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or financial services. Domain expertise and a broad network are advantageous.
- Strong skills in sales strategy, client communication, and deal negotiation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to both independent and collaborative work environments.
Personality Traits
A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, driven to achieve results, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Must have qualifications: -

Must be located in commutable distance to Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience leading B2B sales in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise tech with complex deal cycles.
Strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Procurement, etc.) in BFSI, NBFCs, or enterprise sectors.
Part of strong industry networks, associations, or communities where referrals and partnerships thrive.
