Role Description
As a Senior Data Scientist at KinSure, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced data science and analytics solutions that power our healthcare platform.
You will work on end-to-end data science workflows including data collection, data exploration, feature engineering, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, machine learning model development, evaluation, and deployment.
You will collaborate with product, engineering, healthcare, and business stakeholders to transform healthcare data into actionable insights and intelligent solutions.
The role involves conducting research, leading analytical initiatives, mentoring junior team members, contributing to technical roadmaps, and ensuring that data-driven systems are robust, secure, scalable, and aligned with healthcare standards.
This is a Full-Time, Remote position.
Experience Required
- 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Analytics, or related fields
- Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade data science solutions
- Experience leading data science projects and innovation initiatives
- Strong experience in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning
- Experience mentoring Data Scientists, Analysts, and technical teams
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Data Science and Analytics initiatives
- Build predictive models and healthcare intelligence systems
- Analyze large-scale healthcare, wearable, and biomedical datasets
- Design and implement statistical models and machine learning solutions
- Develop data pipelines and analytical frameworks
- Generate actionable insights from structured and unstructured data
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and healthcare teams
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership
- Stay updated with emerging Data Science and AI technologies
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with healthcare standards
Required Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, and Data Science
- Expertise in Statistical Modeling, Hypothesis Testing, Experimental Design, and Data Analysis
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Time-Series Analysis
- Demonstrated experience in research, analytics, and data-driven problem solving
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and modern Data Science tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
