Own lifecycle-driven experiences that support customer engagement and data capture across multiple channels, including customer communications (email, SMS, chat, telephony).
-
Own onboarding, activation, and re-engagement flows, and experiences that drive adoption, engagement, and repeat usage.
-
Connect experiences into a cohesive and effective customer journey, ensuring interactions across channels feel coordinated, relevant, and timely, and contribute to both customer value and business outcomes.
-
Own the full execution lifecycle from idea to release, translating product direction into clear epics, user stories, and requirements.
-
Manage backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization, and drive alignment across stakeholders at the feature level.
-
Track milestones, dependencies, and risks across product delivery.
-
Support QA, issue resolution, and launch readiness.
-
Maintain a steady flow of well-defined, high-quality work to engineering teams.
