Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive B2B sales, client acquisition, and long-term client relationships. This role requires a proactive, target-oriented professional who excels at both closing deals and building strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify potential B2B clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, and market research
2. Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, and exhibitions for lead generation
3. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
4. Travel to client locations for meetings, presentations, and deal closures.
5. Prepare quotations, and presentations
6. Participate in tenders, RFQs, and commercial negotiations with clients in FMCG, seasonings, flavors, and snack manufacturing sectors
7. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
8. Track competitors, pricing trends, and demand patterns
Job Expectations
- Willingness to travel Minimum 15 days per month based on business requirements
- Travel includes client meetings, expo, exhibitions, trade fairs and site visits, along with potential international travel opportunities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with hands-on experience in CRM tools (lead tracking, pipeline management, reporting)
Skills & Qualifications
1. Minimum 4 years of experience in sales (B2B preferred)
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
3. Fluency in English
4. Confidence in cold calling
5. Strong closing ability
6. Relationship management and interpersonal skills
7. Strategic thinking and problem-solving
8. High resilience and persistence
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Based in Jaipur (local candidates preferred)
· Age: 28 years and above
· Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
· Comfortable with frequent travel and field sales
· Strong ownership mindset
· Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives (high earning potential)
