Job Description and Responsibilities: –
- The BMC Software Lead Education Developer is the technical development expert in assigned BMC product areas and also an expert on development tools and processes.
- Based on this the Lead Education Developer takes over the development of complex standard and customer training content.
- Lead Education Developer can work on several projects simultaneously.
- The Lead developer is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on BMC products and keeps updated on the latest BMC technology changes.
- Builds a network of SMEs, to rely on for questions.
- Develops content directly him-/herself with high quality and based on the latest standards.
- Develops Advanced level & Expert level courses, and certifications for BMC customers & partners.
- Builds product images for the team. Troubleshoots finds a solution to image & lab problems independently or with SME help.
- Helps team with efficient migration of the gold image.
- Lab testing for courses.
