Job Description:
We are looking for a QA Tester to assess software quality through manual testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you.Experience: 2 to 4 Years Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Requirements & Key Responsibilities
Testing Concepts / Methodologies
- SDLC & STLC (mention explicitly)
- Agile/Scrum (sprint testing, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups)
- Test case design techniques: Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence Partitioning, Decision Table Testing
- Types of testing: Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, System, UAT, Exploratory, Ad-hoc, Retesting, Cross-browser/Cross-device testing
Defect Management
- Full defect life cycle
- Severity vs Priority classification
- Tools: JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps, Mantis, Asana
Test Documentation
- Writing Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix)
- Tools: TestRail, Zephyr, Excel-based test suites
- MCA, BE, B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
