Job Objective
The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, understanding their academic and career goals, providing information about available programs, and converting enquiries and leads into confirmed admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student and parent enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Counsel students on suitable courses, specializations, eligibility, career opportunities, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication throughout the admission journey.
- Generate admissions through lead follow-up, tele-counselling, campus visits, counselling sessions, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and admissions in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the admission and marketing teams for lead generation and conversion activities.
- Invite prospective students and parents for campus visits, counselling sessions, seminars, and admission events.
- Assist students in completing application forms and submitting the required documents.
- Follow up with applicants for pending documents, fee payments, and confirmation of admission.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, alumni, and other potential referral sources.
- Participate in education fairs, school/college visits, career counselling sessions, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Share regular updates with the reporting manager regarding lead status, conversions, challenges, and upcoming opportunities.
- Ensure a positive student experience from the first enquiry until admission confirmation.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with experience in education counselling, admissions, sales, tele-calling, customer relationship management, or business development will be preferred.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, sales, tele-calling, or customer relationship management. Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
