Responsibilities:
- Pre-Production Planning: Plan shoots with the creative and account teams — shot lists, locations, equipment, and shoot-day logistics — for each client project.
- Filming: Shoot high-quality video on location and in-studio for real estate walkthroughs, event coverage, brand films, and social media reels/shorts.
- Post-Production Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, platform-ready videos — cuts, color correction, sound design, graphics, and captions — for Instagram, YouTube, and client delivery.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the content and design team to keep video output aligned with each client’s brand identity and campaign goals.
- Multi-Format Delivery: Produce content suited to different formats from a single shoot where possible — long-form brand films, Reels/Shorts, and event highlight reels.
- Staying Current: Keep up with video trends, editing techniques, and platform-specific best practices (especially short-form/social) to keep client content fresh and competitive.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a videographer/video editor, ideally in an agency, event, or real estate content setting.
- Strong command of camera operation, lighting, and audio capture across both studio and on-location shoots.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- A portfolio/showreel demonstrating consistent quality across multiple projects.
- Ability to manage multiple shoots and edits in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable taking a creative brief and turning it into a finished product without heavy oversight.
