We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales growth, brand development, and marketing initiatives across our hospitality portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue, driving guest traffic, developing community partnerships, managing digital marketing efforts, and executing promotional campaigns for restaurants, breweries, bars, catering services, and special events.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue across all hospitality brands.
- Generate catering, corporate, group dining, fundraising, and private event sales.
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, community organizations, hotels, and event planners.
- Identify and secure sponsorship, partnership, and cross-promotional opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets established by management.
Marketing & Brand Management
- Create and implement annual marketing plans and promotional calendars.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, SMS marketing, and online advertising platforms.
- Coordinate creative development of flyers, menus, promotional materials, and in-store marketing assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all locations and marketing channels.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profiles.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns through Meta, Google, Yelp, and other digital platforms.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, customer acquisition costs, and engagement metrics.
- Coordinate website content updates, online reputation management, and review generation strategies.
Community & Event Marketing
- Organize local store marketing activities, grand openings, food festivals, sponsorships, and community events.
- Coordinate special events, watch parties, live entertainment, and seasonal promotions.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
- Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Provide recommendations to improve guest acquisition, retention, and profitability.
Qualifications
- Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or franchise marketing.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through marketing initiatives.
- Experience managing digital advertising platforms and social media campaigns.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with CRM, loyalty programs, and email marketing platforms is preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
