Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Advanced Plumbing Trainer to deliver practical and classroom training in modern plumbing systems. The ideal candidate should have strong field experience in residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing installations and be passionate about developing skilled technicians through hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theory and practical sessions on advanced plumbing systems.
- Train students in water supply, drainage, sanitary fittings, and pipe installation.
- Demonstrate installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems.
- Conduct practical workshops using modern plumbing tools and equipment.
- Develop lesson plans, practical assignments, and assessment materials.
- Ensure workshop safety and proper use of tools.
- Evaluate student performance through practical demonstrations and viva.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, and training records.
- Prepare students for industry certifications, apprenticeships, and employment.
Technical Skills Required

- CPVC, UPVC, PPR, GI, HDPE, and Copper Piping Systems
- Pipe Cutting, Threading, Bending, and Joining Techniques
- Water Supply and Distribution Systems
- Drainage and Sewerage Systems
- Bathroom and Kitchen Fixture Installation
- Pumps, Pressure Systems, and Water Tanks
- Leak Detection and Plumbing Maintenance
- Reading Plumbing Drawings and Layouts
- Plumbing Codes and Safety Standards
- Use of Modern Plumbing Tools and Equipment

Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or relevant trade.
- NSQF/SSC Certified Trainer (preferred).
- 3–8 years of industrial/site experience in plumbing installation and maintenance.
- Previous training experience in ITI, Polytechnic, Skill Development, Government, or CSR projects is preferred.

- Excellent communication and demonstration skills.
- Ability to manage practical workshops and laboratory sessions.
- Passion for mentoring and developing technical skills among youth.
- Willingness to travel if required.
