Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel to accurately enter, maintain, and manage company data. The candidate should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, handling large amounts of information, and ensuring data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in Excel sheets and company systems.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Verify data for errors and correct inconsistencies.
- Prepare reports using Excel formulas and functions.
- Organize files and documents systematically.
- Perform basic data analysis and generate summaries.
- Coordinate with team members for data collection and updates.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred).
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
