About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic thinker to join us as a Creative Strategist. This role is focused on building and scaling brands through innovative content ideas, campaign strategies, and full-funnel marketing planning.
The ideal candidate should be capable of thinking beyond regular social media posting and should be able to design complete branding strategies, marketing funnels, and high-converting campaign ideas for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop complete brand strategies including positioning, messaging, and tone of voice
- Plan and design end-to-end marketing funnels (awareness to conversion)
- Generate creative ideas for social media campaigns, ad creatives, and brand promotions
- Create concepts for reels, ads, and video content including hooks, storytelling, and scripts
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers and video editors to execute creative ideas
- Work with performance marketing team to align creatives with ad campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve creative strategies
- Stay updated with latest digital trends, content formats, and audience behavior
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or creative strategy roles
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Proven ability to create engaging content ideas, ad concepts, and campaign strategies
- Basic understanding of paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and how creatives impact performance
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience working with designers and marketing teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an agency or startup environment
- Knowledge of consumer psychology and brand building
- Experience in script writing for ads and video content
- Understanding of funnels, lead generation, and conversion strategies
