About the Role
Kauvery Hospital is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Operations Executive to join the Digital Strategy team. This role is responsible for supporting enterprise applications, coordinating with business users, driving application adoption, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, roles, and access across enterprise applications.
- Track, prioritize, and coordinate application issues, enhancement requests, and support tickets.
- Provide first-level application support and ensure timely resolution or escalation of issues.
- Conduct user training sessions, product demonstrations, and application rollout activities.
- Drive application adoption by engaging with business users and promoting best practices.
- Prepare and maintain user manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth application performance.
- Monitor user feedback and recommend process improvements to enhance the user experience.
- Support testing, deployment, and release activities for application updates.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities, user requests, and operational metrics.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Product Support, Application Support, IT Operations, Helpdesk, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of enterprise applications and software support.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong documentation and SOP preparation skills.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to CRM, ERP, Hospital Information Systems (HIS), or other enterprise applications.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or software testing concepts.
- Experience with ticketing or issue-tracking tools.
- Understanding of software implementation and user support processes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
