We are looking for a DCDP - Continental at Back to Source.
Location: Mohali
Joining: Immediate Joiner Required
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure food quality, taste, portioning and consistency during service.
- Handle mise en place and maintain readiness of the assigned section.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control and ordering.
- Train and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
- Support the CDP and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control practices.
- Follow all kitchen SOPs and company standards.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in a Continental kitchen.
- Knowledge of Continental cuisine, sauces, grills, steaks, pasta, burgers, sandwiches and salads.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
