Qualification: MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM-HR
Experience: 5–8 Years

- End-to-end Recruitment & Onboarding
- Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity & Labor Law Compliance
- Employee Engagement & Welfare Activities
- Industrial Relations & Employee Grievance Handling
- Training & Development Coordination
- HR MIS, Reports & Documentation
- Performance Management & KPI Tracking
- Administration, Housekeeping, Security & Facility Management
- Vendor Management & Administrative Cost Control
- Support for ISO, IMS, Customer & Statutory Audits
Desired Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of Labor Laws & Statutory Compliance
✔ Experience in Factory HR & Administration
✔ Good communication and employee handling skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMIS & Reporting
✔ Ability to work independently and drive HR initiatives
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
