Job description
We are looking for a dynamic Leasing Coordinator to drive our high-street retail expansion by identifying prime locations and negotiating strategic retail spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Identify prime high-street retail locations with strong footfall Conduct market research, competitor mapping, and location analysis
Evaluate property visibility, accessibility, and brand surroundings Coordinate with landlords and brokers for property discussions
Negotiate rental terms, lock-in periods, CAM charges, and agreements Support lease documentation and maintain leasing pipeline reports
Eligibility Criteria
2 to 7 years of experience in retail leasing / commercial real estate Experience in high-street retail leasing preferred
Strong negotiation and market networking skills Ability to travel frequently within city zones
Preferred Background
Experience in fashion / apparel / lifestyle retail brands Strong broker and landlord network
Good analytical skills (Excel-based feasibility modeling)
