About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and technically sound Product Manager / Assistant CTO who can take ownership of multiple software projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery.
This role combines responsibilities across Product Management, Technical Solutioning, Project Management, Software Architecture Coordination, and Client Communication.
The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, designing practical technology solutions, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of software products.
This is a techno-functional leadership role requiring both strong communication skills and a solid understanding of software development processes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership & Delivery
- Manage multiple software projects simultaneously.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality standards.
- Track project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Requirement Gathering & Client Communication
- Interact directly with clients to understand business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and project planning meetings.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders.
- Product Planning & Solution Design
- Participate in product planning and workflow design.
- Help architect scalable and practical software solutions.
- Ensure the selected technologies and implementation approaches are suitable for project requirements.
- Assist in defining product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
- Technical Coordination
- Work closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and DevOps teams.
- Understand software development workflows and technical implementation challenges.
- Review project architecture and technical decisions with the engineering team. Ensure proper documentation and development practices are followed.
- Quality & Process Management
- Ensure products meet quality, usability, and performance expectations.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve execution issues. Improve internal processes for project execution and delivery management.
- Required Skills & Qualifications Technical & Functional Skills
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Web Applications, APIs, Databases, Backend/Frontend workflows, and System Architecture concepts.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in software development, technical project management, product management, or related roles.
- Prior experience working with software development teams is preferred. Experience handling client communication and requirement discussions is a strong advantage.
