We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should understand modern social media trends, AI-powered workflows, and content-driven marketing. This role requires someone who can plan, execute, optimize, and innovate across platforms while collaborating closely with creative and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies based on research, trends, and audience behavior.
- Plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns, brand goals, and marketing objectives.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging daily content (text, Canva creatives, short videos, reels).
- Use AI tools for content ideation, captions, optimization, and workflow efficiency.
- Design quick creatives using Canva or similar tools when required.
- Optimize social media platforms to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Monitor trends and adapt content to remain relevant and competitive.
- Moderate audience interactions and maintain positive community engagement.
- Track analytics, insights, and performance metrics to improve strategies.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Support paid campaign planning with creative and audience insights.
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for content and productivity.
- Working knowledge of Canva for quick design execution.
- Understanding of social analytics, trends, and audience behavior.
- Good writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative thinking with a strong aesthetic sense.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Team collaboration and client coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to continuously learn.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
