The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working remotely. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospective customers. * Explain company products and services professionally. * Generate and qualify leads. * Follow up with existing and potential customers. * Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team. * Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. * Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. * Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information. Requirements * Minimum Higher Secondary (Plus Two) qualification. * Good communication skills in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of Hindi is an advantage. * Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience preferred. * Basic computer and smartphone skills. * Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. * Self-motivated and target-oriented.
