Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Travel Sales Consultant with proven experience in field sales and hardcore sales. The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional who thrives on closing deals, exceeding targets, and providing world-class service to clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, engage with clients on a personal level, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate and convert leads through field sales activities including calls, visits, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and corporate accounts.
- Understand client needs and tailor travel packages to meet individual and business requirements.
- Handle end-to-end sales process – from inquiry to booking and post-sale support.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of travel products, destinations, pricing structures, and market trends.
- Participate in sales events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, ticketing, marketing) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in travel sales, with a strong track record in field and hardcore sales.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
